Delivery to countries within the EU is free. Delivery is at a fixed rate of
£5.00 to all other destinations.

Returns Policy |
Pre-Made Items
If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased item for any reason, you may
return it with tags attached in exchange for online credit to spend with
rohansparkes.com to the amount spent within 14 days from the time you receive
it. Rohan Sparkes will NOT accept any items returned after 14 days from the
time you receive your package. All clearance sale items are final. Any items
that in our opinion appear to have been worn, will not be accepted for a credit
refund. All items returned at the customers own cost.
Custom Orders and Commissions Unfortunately,
we are unable to accept returned items that are custom orders such as
airbrushed personalized garments or specially commissioned artwork.
Please Note: Rohan Sparkes is committed to
complete customer satisfaction. We use only high quality materials in the
creation of our products. Before any item is dispatched to a customer it must
pass strict quality control checks.
